I. Events Terms and conditions

Right of Admission PRINCETON ACADEMY reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event where evidence of full payment cannot be produced. Include in Conference/Course Fee – are lunch, refreshments provided by course material as PRINCETON ACADEMY deems appropriate. Views of Speakers at any Conference or Training Course – are their own and not necessarily reflect the views of PRINCETON ACADEMY its employees, agents or contractors.

II. General Refund Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance duration.

Delegates are encouraged to fully participate in the conference to maximize the value of their registration.

III. Exceptional Circumstances:

Requests for refunds based on exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A written request, accompanied by supporting documentation, must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe to be eligible for consideration.

IV. Early Departure:

Delegates who choose to leave the conference early are not eligible for a partial or full refund.

The registration fee covers access to the entire conference, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the event.

V. Delegate Cancellations must be received by PRINCETON ACADEMY in writing and cancellations received 7 working days before event start-date, or entitle the cancelling delegate to a full credit days of amounts paid to date of cancellation which may only be redeemed against the cost of any future PRINCETON ACADEMY event within one year from date of such cancellation; or any cancellations received less than 7 working days before the Event start – date, do not entitle the cancelling delegate to any refund are credit note and the full fee must be paid; or non-attendance without written cancellation is treated as a cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit

VI. Substitutions and Cancellations Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing of the program, but PRINCETON ACADEMY reserve the right to substitute, alter or cancel advertised speakers and/or topic in appropriate circumstances. Princeton Academy reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers, sessions, and scheduling, without prior notice.

VII. If PRINCETON ACADEMY cancels an event, delegates’ payment at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future PRINCETON ACADEMY Event (such credit is available for up to one year from the date of cancellation and a credit voucher will be issued)

VIII. If PRINCETON ACADEMY postpones an event, delegate payments at postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled event. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a full credit of amounts paid up to the date of postponement which may only be redeemed against the cost of any future PRINCETON ACADEMY event (and such credit will be available for one year from the date of postponement). No cash refunds whatsoever are available for cancellation, early departure or postponements.

IX. Respectful Conduct:

  • Treat all attendees, organizers, staff, and participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Refrain from engaging in any form of disruptive, harassment or discrimination.
  • Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, organizers, and speakers.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the removal of the delegate from the conference without a refund.

X. Compliance with Laws:

Adhere to all local, state, laws and regulations while attending the PRINCETON ACADEMY event.

XI. Security and Safety:

Follow all security protocols and guidelines provided by the PRINCETON ACADEMY.

Report any suspicious activities or items to event security immediately.

XII. Alcohol and Substance Use:

Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with venue policies.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited  at the PRINCETON ACADEMY event.

XIII. Photography and Recording:

Respect the privacy of others when taking photographs or recording videos.

Follow the event-specific guidelines regarding photography and recording.

XIV. Intellectual Property:

Respect the intellectual property rights of PRINCETON ACADEMY, sponsors, and fellow attendees.

Do not reproduce or distribute event materials without permission from PRINCETON ACEDEMY and the Facilitators.

XV. No Unauthorized Solicitation:

Do not engage in unauthorized solicitation or distribution of promotional materials without prior approval from event organizers.

Compliance with Venue Policies:

Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the venue hosting the event.

XVI. Code of Conduct Violations:

Violations of this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

XVII. Emergency Procedures:

Familiarize yourself with event emergency procedures and follow instructions from event staff in case of an emergency. 

XVIII. Dress Code:

Adhere to any specified dress code communicated by the PRINCETON ACADEMY.

XIX. Lost or Stolen Items:

PRINCETON ACADEMY is not responsible for lost or stolen items although we may help with investigations. Keep personal belongings secure.

 XX. Health and Safety:

Follow any health and safety guidelines provided by PRINCETON ACADEMY, including COVID-19 protocols.

By attending PRINCETON ACADEMY event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. PRINCETON ACADEMY reserve the right to modify these terms as needed and to take appropriate action in the case of any violations.
